I am hoping for a great year next year. I think we have the talent to make it work. I wish MM would hire a good offensive coordinator and maybe a QB coach. I know he likes calling the plays, but maybe breathing some new air into the program is what is needed. MM should be given a raise as well.

What about Amir Waller? I am surprised there was no mention of him being an impact player at WR next season. I remember some of the tweets from Mr. Barber about how he was making all of these magnificent catches before the season began. With Barlow, Hunter, and Waller catching the ball, I think we are going to have a very good receiving core, along with the great RBs we have. I still think we need improvement on QB though.

On defense, we need better pass defense. We started to get better toward the end, so that is encouraging. As far as the last game, I think our team was extremely tired and wasn't able to defend against the run effectively.

2012 is just around the corner and looking forward to it. Also looking forward the game at FedEX!

Agree with your post! I think MM should consider shaking things up from an offensive perspective. Will it happen though? Probably not.

Amir Waller appears to be the real deal so it will be nice to see what happens. We are pretty stacked at WR not that it will make a difference if we don't change our run run run mentality.

We'll be very dangerous next season as we have a lot of talent returning and some redshirt guys that will get to show what we lacked this past year.

You would hope that MM would be willing to change for the betterment of his team. Looking forward to hopefully seeing our offense finally clicking. I think our OL is going to be a lot better.

The only change they need is to not have their starting QB get suspended. Nothing against the backup, who did a good job, but without that suspension and without the injuries during the ODU game, one could make a good case for JMU going deep into the playoffs last season. They arguably played the eventual champs tougher than anyone.
