I don’t get it. It’s not hard or time consuming. If you’re gonna spend the time doing the draft, then you can spend 5 minutes subbing out injured players and stuff.

It’s so weird to me that people spend cash to join leagues and then you never hear from them again

I'm the guy that autodrafts and ends up winning the league. Pisses folks off so bad and I love it.
I've been in this fantasy soccer league for the past 3 years, and there's these 4 dudes that show up (online) for the draft each year and then never do anything after that. They lose badly every year. It's not a ton of cash, but why waste 50 dollars every year if you obviously don't give a fugg?

I auto draft too. Honestly, 50% of your chances come down to avoiding key injuries. If you auto draft, you're going to have a good line up. The other part of your chances have to do with playing the right guys you do have vs the right match ups - and making some moves early in the FA pool.

Yeah I'm pretty much out of it this year. I had OBJ and Dalvin Cook go out already.

I’m guessing the auto drafting algorithms for NFL fantasy sites are much more sophisticated than the ones Ives used for premier league soccer. Or maybe they’re not. But there’s a slew of reasons for why it’s not a good idea to use in soccer fantasy

I had those two and Chris Carson and Tyler Eifert. It's gonna be hard for me to give a crap for the rest of the year. I'll still set my lineups, but I'm probably done working the waiver wire.

Gave up fantasy sports a few years back and it's actually a pleasure not to even have to check a lineup. I refused to be the guy who ruined NFL leagues b/c I didn't check injuries and at least put my best team out there, but I didn't really care enough to research anything and I also hated watching pointless games like Chargers vs Colts or something hideous because I had a few players in it.

I haven't missed it at all. Save that fantasy cash for the poker table.

Hoping Julio comes back strong. Other than that my guys have been healthy.
