Order a new screen from wholesalegadgetparts.com and fix it yourself. Literally costs less than $50 and takes less than 20 minutes...

This. It takes a little patience, but is very easy. In a market as big as LA you can find someone to replace your screen for you for like $75-100 as well if you're not comfortable disassembling/re-assembling.
