Didn’t realize that the Boogs get both A&M and Kentucky at home. That’s huge. Plus not playing at Vandy’s cursed stadium is great too. The schedule sets up pretty nicely if they can stay injury free
Gonna be a tough stretch over the next 5. 3-2 would be solid. 4-1, or 5-0 and we are really looking at something special. I think we have 4-1 in us. I think we have a 14-4, 13-5 type of season staring us right in the face. SEC Finals or Championship type of run. This team is playing like a true team. We will have a few games on the road where we just don’t score, but with our depth and contributions coming from any of 6 or 7 guys night in and night out we have a chance to do it. Think I saw where we are favored in all but 1 of the next 5 (Mizzu on the road). A full strenght A&M squad will be tough. I expect a Uf loss on the road and Kentucky toss up since it is at home. Probably let 1 or 2 games that we should win slip if we get into foul trouble in the front court, or if we have a cold night from the outside. Can’t wait to make an NCAA road trip. I have absolute faith in Bruce. This team will probably not get the respect it deserves and our boys will play with a chip on their shoulders to prove the doubters wrong. This is just what we Boogs needed after our football failure coming down the stretch, and the thought of seeing bama and uga leave us in the dust moving forward. What a great time to be a Booger basketballer!
