Will barter the face of a Rolex for it.No not for free. Lol. But a good deal. Oh well guess I will see what I can get for it at a local store.
lol at @demeat balding at such a young age.
I went through the absolute hardest breakup of my life (we lived together etc) last year. If you need to talk to someone I got you dog. It isn't easy. Sorry.
Don’t you worry about ole @demeat, he’s always one step ahead. I’m sure that ring was only bought to make the latest victim think that sly dog wanted to settle down.I went through the absolute hardest breakup of my life (we lived together etc) last year. Dogs, I ended the engagement a lil over a year ago. I still have the ring and don’t know why. It is a beautiful ring. I can’t “regift” it. I am going to take a hit by selling it but what choice do I have? Diamonds Direct will buy it back, just seeing if anyone needed one. It is a beaut!
Let’s see some pics and get some specs on that thang. What them 4 Cs lookin like?
My Rolex offer was not a joke. Just sayin. Would look flashy if you got a band for it.GIA Report

I have this thing where I love the idea of who my ex COULD be should she choose that path, but she blatantly chose to be the opposite of that and it kills me. I tell people I'd date her again but only if she essentially did a 180 on pretty much everything and apologized etc etc.Sorry it didn't end as planned, man. I've been married, divorced, dumped girls and been dumped. Sure you're ready to get rid of that ring? It seems to have significance to you, even a year later. Give it a little more time. It'll only go up in value, should you choose to sell it at a later date.
eh for something like this, the ring probably isn't some huge investment, its a rare case where I'd just make the call purely on how I felt about selling it. Some things aren't about maximizing return. If it’s been a year, I presume it’s not a financial issue, so why not treat it as a pure financial play? Do you hold? Sell to a store or to someone about to get engaged, thus cutting out the middle man? Or get a quote from various diamond buy back stores?
There has to be a strategy to get you the most return possible at this point, though I have no idea what it is.
I thought I heard a Diamond Direct commercial the other day say that you can trade in for like 110% of what you paid and upgrade. Maybe they would go ahead and give you credit that you can sell to someone else. Just brainstorming here.I lose financially no matter what. You can’t get retail value for it. The ring is an eye catcher. If you want to make a splash and save some money this is the Ring.
I can understand that. And it's probably time.Well, I rather someone enjoy it than it sit locked in my safe.
Man, don't go back. Don't ever go back. If there's one thing I've leaned, it's that. Also, that you can never change someone. They can change themselves, however. After life kicks us around a little bit, we sometimes see things from a different perspective.I have this thing where I love the idea of who my ex COULD be should she choose that path, but she blatantly chose to be the opposite of that and it kills me. I put the chances of any of that happening at about 0%....but I guess anything is possible. She's young, lifes gonna have to give her a good gut punch before she "gets it" I think.
