Here’s an idea for A&M, hold on to the ball.
Yeah that would be cool, but I would give those monsters the fuggin ball if they were after me.
My exact thoughts when MOND, scrambled out of that jam & laid it on the grass. He turned it over, but it was still a WIN
Somebody at the bar referred to them earlier as 'space jam monstars." I thought that was an apt description.
They got hosed on a face mask no-call on Mond where he escaped a sack, ran a long damn ways, only to fumble when tackled. Bama then scored after only a few plays. Refs are quick on calls and no-calls that gives bama the benefit of the doubt. Quick to blow it dead when it’s the other way around. But aTm definitely isn’t doing themselves any favors. Too many mistakes.
aTm may lay it on our asses. Their D looked really good except for the big plays of course.
That's the beauty of John Chavis. His defense can look all world one week and hapless the next. I'd honestly be surprised if we went down there and won, though.
They give up huge plays every week. It's in their DNA. It's the primary reason A&M hasn't gotten over the hump. They miss tackles, blow coverages or make boneheaded plays that cost them points with freakish regularity. It's just what they do. Hell bama had at least a couple of TD's they left on the field last night when A&M blew a coverage and Hurts either didn't see it or a WR dropped it.
