JGT DM'ed to me then revoked my access to DM. I posted a screenshot on one of the 2 boards he had shutdown, can't remember which one.
I don't think there's a phone # anymore. Chat worked fine for me just waited 5 mins for the person to sign on. They still try to make it a pain but better than calling.
Susan made my experience as smooth as possible. 10/10 would recommend the chat.
Do you have a pop up blocker on our something? I did it on IE.
I've done it now through Chrome and IE. It says it doesn't support Microsoft Edge each time. Changed my pop ups. There has to be a number.
Yeah I don't know bruh maybe it's your OS. Did a little googling and seemed only way to contact them is through that help portal. Can email them through that but might not work for you either. Otherwise, tbb mods seem eager to assist with cancelations.
Im going to email and if that doesn't work I will cancel it through my bank.
Tried that too, says i'm on Microsoft Edge still and that it wouldn't work through it.
