With OSU getting pile drived by Iowa and Penn State losing again, who gets in and who can beat the turds?
What’s funny to me is when the SEC beats each other like the big 10 did today, it’s all about how tough it is to win in the SEC.
When the big 10 does it, it’s because it’s a weak conference
The SEC had an argument there 5 years ago. Not anymore, although I still think the B1G is pretty weak. I’d say the ACC is the best conference top to bottom. The SEC is kind of in a weird spot thanks to bama. I really don’t know whether to give them credit for keeping the SEC in the conversation or to hate their guts for hoarding all the top talent in the region. What’s funny to me is when the SEC beats each other like the big 10 did today, it’s all about how tough it is to win in the SEC.

I don’t see anyone having any chance to beat bama this year. Kudos to them on another chip.
Narrative has changed some recently to be honest. SEC doesn’t get the pass it used to get. In fact most national pundits have been on and off claiming BIG 10 and ACC as better. What’s funny to me is when the SEC beats each other like the big 10 did today, it’s all about how tough it is to win in the SEC.

UA (and shit show Athuletic Departments) has really screwed up the dynamics in the SEC. ACC and B1G are both better top to bottom the last few years.Narrative has changed some recently to be honest. I think it’s mostly even. But I also think OSU is the only B1G team that could beat a bama or Clemson in a title type game. They have the horses. I don’t see any other teams holding up along the lines.

Coaching alone should show this to be true. The SEC had been filled with Butch, Bert, Gus, Sumlin, and Shark Humper. The better of the coaches not named Saban and Bowl cut have been at weak SEC schools where they can only do so well - Moose, Mullen, and Stoops. This has/is created/creating a top West Team/East Team with a bunch of bowl eligible teams that bring in a bunch of revenue and false hope.
