Looks like my reverse psychology worked.
He was close to what we'd expect. Still not quite where I think/hope he'll be in a few weeks. Murray is an absolute animal.
And cover (-10.5)
Pretty solid effort in the second half. Really liked our point guard play tonight. Still need to be more consistent on defense and take care of the ball on offense. Hopefully Staph found himself tonight, he looked a lot more comfortable. We're gonna need him bad. Decent tournament for us overall, not terrible considering we're still without two of our best. Still sucks we didn't get to play clemson. We had been scouting them for weeks thinking we would meet them in the final. Would've been good for our RPI.
Maybe should've scouted Temple a lil more, nomesayin?
No doubt. Funny you say that. There are definitely a few on staff that aren't pulling their weight with scouts. The coach that had the Temple scout had the Vandy, South Carolina, and Texas A&m scouts last year if that tells you anything.
