Had mobile issues and was unable to update during the 4th. JMU wins it 28-21.

For some reason was unable to post during the 4th Quarter. JMU wins the ball game 28-21.

GAST probably played one of their best game. They really looked like a competitive team. JMU looked, well, not as good as they can be.Like the radio announcers stated-they are still trying to find that identity. Birdsong in my opinion played as expected, that is, as a freshman. He made some good reads, ran other times, but he also made those freshman mistakes. He played good for being his first at start. O line didn't play as well and could have given Birdsong more time in the pocket as well as could have blocked better for our runners. Defense played okay and came through when needed. Several drives they didn't do so well, but when it really counted, they came through. Birdsong is going to be a good QB.
