He could. We have an open scholarship even if Stretch reclassifies.

The curious part is if I am looking at Bama's roster correct, they have a full roster of 13 scholarships for the coming season.
If he’s reclassifying then he’s gonna go somewhere he’ll actually get lots of minutes. Not much available pts Boogville at either pg or Sg this upcoming season.

I’m sure Avery Jr could be made a walk-on if Lewis wanted to go to t town

Maybe, but Avery is till going to play and they also signed a PG they are very high on already on campus who will play.

But I'm with you, my money would be on bama

these are his highlights from the event they were talking about. Dude looks very legit

Plays for the Jr Boog squad but the hair and ranking aren’t Boog caliber imo.
Could be some sort of package deal. Like how the the Ball the brothers all went to UCLA even though one wasn't really worthy of a scholly. Like the AOT coaches or whatever give the Boogs Akingbola, Okoro, and Sharife Cooper but we gotta take this kid as well. Not that bad of a deal

I'm not really sure what it is, but I really like this kid for some reason. There's just something so simple and raw about him, but I see a world of untapped potential that Bruce could use and would be great for filling in for Ant and backing up Stretch. Tell me how wrong I am.

Rugged looking youngster with strong facial features and African last name so you know he’ll bleed all over the court for rebounds and loose balls. WANT.

Looks like we're going hard after a PG in this class. Kinda makes me think Bruce expects Jared to be gone after this season

AOT teammate of Akingbola, Okoro and Cooper. Highest rated of the guys as of now, but appears to definitely not be coming ot boogville.

You think he winds up a Boog? Makes sense with his dad on the staff but it seems like we’ve got other wing players higher on the board
Yeah I think so. Looks solid and maybe more willing to be a role player or at least hang around a few years if he’s not getting a ton of mins as a FR.

Some pretty good stuff here from @jhead ...

PG Tyrell Jones star is on the rise ladies and gentlemen! As mentioned in Hoop Scoops by @Jeffrey Lee, Wes Flanigan has done a phenomonial job of getting in on this young man early, and the groundwork he’s laid should pay off with us grabbing a commitment from another top tier prospect. Below are links to articles written by Rivals Chief Basketball Recruiting Analyst Eric Bossi on the rise of Tyrell Jones and where Auburn fits in within his recruitment:

When the new rankings come out I fully expect this young man to firmly be placed as a **** prospect and ranked easily within the Rivals top 100.

Wouldn't be surprised to see him trim down once he gets on campus...bur buyer beware, his metabolism is only gonna get slower unless is has an equally unhealthy meth/coke habit.

just a side note Shaq (7-1) entered the league at just under 300 but played at 371 during the 2003-04 season. That's a lot of extra pounds to hump up and down the court all night.
