******Official Boog BBall 'Crootin Thread*******

I know this is a tweet about football, but looks like Stretch isn't the only one battling this issue

I’m going to write MAGA a letter to allow Stretch into the GOAT country.

I’m sure it will work... especially if we point out that BRUCE is a MAGA man

Couple of paragraphs spilt on the Boogs
No mention of Duke on Kessler. Maybe an oversight thought they were our only competition left for the youngster.

Of course Sharife is a boog lock. Tough to see programs like Duke and UK have to scramble for croots but I’m sure they’ll adjust in a post final 4 Bruce world.

but say Kessler decides to attend UNC,

Then literally in the next paragraph they talk about how Gonzaga is in great shape for him. Definitely just those bozos trying to churn some drama

Feel free to keep your deranged political views over in boogville.

I’m sorry but you should learn to read. It’s not a political view and I didn’t mention DJT first you lunatic. You brought politics into this thread. My bad for being positive about America and Stretch... and Bruce.

Gotta love this:

I'm going to go with Sharife Cooper popping for Auburn at some point in the near future. I'm honestly not even sure he's visited any other schools throughout the recruiting process. He's been to Auburn numerous times, and I'm told spent a lot of time recruiting for Auburn on its big recruiting weekend at the beginning of June.

Yeah. Child has been crootin for Bruce for awhile now it seems. Just finally needs to make it public

Only one BB on that list, but I might color UCONN a bit TEAL.

I’ve read that if you commit too soon to an under armor school, then you absolutely risk being invited to some big all star events that are sponsored by Nike or adidas. How much truth there is to that and how much it weighs on a kid’s decision, who knows.

Definitely some truth in this..

Just depends on how spiteful that particular event wants to be.

Nope. Young man visited pretty recenlty. Guess Bruce told him to commit then or his spot was taken

he’s got potential - but he’s a tweener... he lacks the chiseled features of a Malik or Horace but also doesn’t have the boyish charm of a Chuma or Jared

our ugly duckling guard spot in this class has already been taken and we’ve got a smoldering Aussie just waiting for Steven to give him the green light... Springer is plenty YG, but just isn’t nearly H enough to garner a spot in this class... best of luck to the youngster, but there’s no room in the inn for anything less than an audaciously H & G Y

It’s too bad all the hard work and talent in the world can’t change those unfortunate facial features. Just not boog caliber at the end of the day.

After reading the article I feel even more confident that we have a very legit shot at landing this stud. If I recall correctly it was Brown’s father who was really liking Bruuuuce and was the instigator in him making the visit over the summer. If Dad is handling the recruiting and he loves him some Bruuuuce, then I am liking our chances.

NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. – Originally set on a final four of Auburn, Duke, Florida, and Kentucky,

BJ Boston
has added a Pac-12 program to his list.

Oregon just offered me, too, two weeks ago,” he said. “I will probably add them and make it a final five.”

Auburn: “Auburn is good; come in and rock out and do what I do best.”

Duke: “It is good with them. Coach K and coach (Jon) Scheyer, they are all hitting me. He is good dude and is always on it. He is always good to talk to whenever I need to. They see me as someone just going out there and playing my game and doing what I do best.

“I wouldn’t say that they put a lot of pressure on me. I would just say that whatever fits me, that is the place that I will want to go. I feel like they (

Jalen Johnson
and
Jeremy Roach)
are both facilitators.”

Florida: “Mike White, he just said that they need another freshman to come in and step up. They are going to be good. I think

Tre (Mann)
and
Scottie (Lewis)
are going to be really good this year.

“I really liked the visit down there. Everybody was engaged and on it. I had a good time.”

Kentucky: “I am going to take an official (visit) to Kentucky on July 25 and 26. I am looking forward to seeing how they are coached, how they work and just everything.”

Oregon: “They want me, obviously, they said it is a good program. They run-and-gun, and I just like that type of play.”

WHAT'S NEXT?
Boston has already been to the campuses at Auburn, Duke and Florida and Kentucky will have the next chance to host him. The Wildcats remain in the mix for two others whom Boston addressed teaming up with in college.

“Probably

Terrence Clarke,
that is my guy. I talk to him probably two days out of the week.
Sharife (Cooper),
too, that is my brother,” he said. “I think that we have good chemistry and play good together.”

Just this spring, the thought was that Boston might commit before the summer wraps up. Instead, the feeling is that he might take things into the fall and maybe even the winter before committing.

“Right now, I don’t know what I want to do. I am just taking it one day at a time,” he said. “I think that we are just seeing where I fit best at right now.”

The leader in the Boston recruitment continues to change and while there is still some time to go before a decision is made, it seems as if Kentucky sits above the rest. No one has recruited Boston with more energy in recent months which bodes well for the Wildcats with him coming to campus later this month.

Oh shit. Nike money Oregon just entered their picture

if BRUCE can pull off that one then there’s no stopping him... I don’t think Boston ever in a million years goes to Oregon, but now I definitely feel like we’re fighting a losing battle trying to keep him away from Kentucky... too much Nike influence for this one
