Not knocking Bruce. I mean you can call Jared and Bryce "self made players" all you want because it's probably true. But you're losing me when you use that term for a kid who's the ideal physical specimen for his position and literally has an NBA pedigree. I'm sure he's a hard worker and great kid, but let's not compare him to Jared and Bryce

I really haven't been keeping up with it. But I've pretty much written him off to the G-League now. Sounded like Bruce and Co tried to get that commitment from him and he just keeps putting it off.
Another kid that played well against us, a la Sills. I would love to get him. Lot of upside.

I'm pretty stoked about KD Johnson. Assuming he commits. Kid is impressive and loves to get physical. Looked up his stats sand he shot 39% from 3 too on 62 attempts which is pretty good. So he's a better shooter than I thought. And he actually became eligible after Sharife did so that's why the attempts number is kind of low.
The dream would've obviously been to keep Sharife and Powell, but damn Bruce has got me really excited for next season all over again

KD Johnson would be a big time addition. The way we have flipped the defensive ability and the shooting of the roster is quite amazing.
I imagine we will hold that 13 spot, with likely only Thor being the option.
We will actually play defense this year on the perimeter. KD had a limited showing but enough to know he could outshoot Coop. Hard to imagine losing Coop and Thor early and being a deeper, better team. But in the short term we are. Those two have bright futures for sure but our team can be really good next year with this addition. (Or without)
