Yeah. The biggest problem I have is not with any particular poster, although there are a few who should lose their tronzing privileges for life due to overwhelming stupidity. My biggest problem is the supreme douchiness of Tate. He thinks he somehow made the bunker better with his presence- like it was awful before he got there. He's just another e-persona I can do without, except he has banding power. It's almost as bad as if somehow Rice became a mod- maybe even worse.

I've never had any run-ins with him either, Doc. I've never received a DM from any mod. I think I fly below the radar, too. I've just seen how he responds to other posters, and how he writes his articles, and how he carries himself, in general on the tronz, and always thought he was an insecure guy trying to prove he was cool, even though he clearly isn't.
Btw, I'm glad yore here, too. Yore easily one of my favorite posters, and even though I feel like I have to translate some of yore stuff, I always find it's worth it.
It is just the condescending tone that bugs the crap out of me... I mean, if you think the info is garbage that is fine, but no need to get snarky with me. But if the info was all just bogus (which it obviously wasn't regarding Pettway & Dean was 100% hobbled for the first 2 weeks -- never said he was "out")... then why divulge the same info to tbb later the same night after telling me that you "don't care". It is what it is, and this in particular is a minor little issue, but it is a microcosm of his e-persona or probably more accurately it reflects on his actual personality.
Yes, I remember when @Ser Sweater Vest started a thread about how he'd heard from a teacher or something that Alaric Williams was enrolling in a JUCO and wouldn't qualify for AU. JLee promptly told him that that wasn't news. And JGT said that the bunker was stupid is wrong 90% of the time. Two days later. JLee reported it and acted like he was first to the story. Really petty stuff. They should embrace that they've helped build a large enough community that contains people closer to situations than they might be. I remember that exact thread that you are talking about... JLee was so smug about the entire situation, and the only thing the @Ser Sweater Vest had wrong was the fact that it was ACT score that was the issue and not GPA or course work. As if that mattered at all... the point was that Alaric was not going to qualify. They cannot stand to be scooped or be wrong... heaven forbid you call them out for their lack of knowledge though.
