OT: Just saw Justin Fields is in TTown on an Official Visit

Im assuming Justin Ross isn't even considering the Boogs anymore too. I like Mike but I'm guessing he's not to active on The Boog right now
1) I don't blame Mike one bit. That's all on Gus.
2) Ross is leaning Clemson
3) Ross will be in Auburn today (or is expected to be)
I don't blame Mike for loosing Fields. But he did talk a HUGE game about AU landing both Ross and Fields and it got people like Rice all in a huge confident frenzy

I don’t remember being super confident. I honestly know nothing about the recruiting process for Fields. I would rather have the Clemson commit. I just took the bet because I’m impulsive and a moron.
I’m a lurker more than a poster. I read the board daily but I don’t really post much. I generally don’t have much to say. I like all you guys over here but just don’t think I add any value with my posts so I don’t want to mess up the flow of a good thread.

What my yungest said about him FWIW. He rode with my two sons and I from San Diego to Pasadena for the BCSNCG and back, and I can't even describe what all he got into (Spanish TV cameo trying to speak the language, tip of the iceberg), but the boys laughed all the way back to SD that night after the terrible loss. About a month later, my wife asks him what kind of day he had with @Scalded Dog and he replied "For one day, it was the funniest, craziest, most unbelievable days in my life, but I'd not do it again for the million dollars". The boys had to tote his arse two miles from the stadium to the parking deck (hurt back, EH), all the while, trying to bribe Rose Bowl golf carts to take us. He pulled out one LARGE, and had a taker, but the boss showed up. Maybe @4Panic can elaborate a bit, as we were at his tailgate. He had the NUMBER ONE RV spot in the entire area, and had some house behind it rented out as well. What a DAY!!!
I could party with dog. We may have to use the 5th ammendment to keep everything on the DL. Second thoughts, cameras and trons pieces would have to be banned from the shendig.
Be careful. He bought a cooler and a case of beer & I bought half a case & commenced to icing them down. When he asks me what I was doing, I told him I was icing 12 beers a piece for us, and he replies NO. You iced ALL of yours and only HALF of mine. So that's what you have....

While we’re tangentially on the subject of having friends from the board in real life, I only know one (or think it’s only one) person from the board in real life and I think he believes I’m insane.
I have a couple of friends who will call me and be like “so and so said you got banned again from a message board, are you okay?” And I’m like, “there’s this idiot named Rice.....nvm I’m not okay”

Yeah I've decided if I ever get another account I'll go to greats lengths to hide my e-identity. Even from my e-friends.
I was telling my wife about this board yesterday & trying to explain why I spend most of my time here now, instead of the other place. There is only one regular poster here that I have met IRL, and only met him once. Don't have his phone number or anything. I've been down THAT road, and all it has ever brought me is a severe case of the DRAMAS. I got put in some kind of mass texting deal that was driving me nuts. I mean like 15/20 texts per hour, all day and night. I told them to take me out of that crap, and got back a snide remark. Had to block them all to just make it stop

You and yore boys are always welcome at any tailgate party of mine. @Scalded Dog is always a riot to hang with. Dude keeps it for real. That was one heck of a party right up to the end. Hopefully we can do it again this year. You know I always show up bringing the funk when the time is right. I have some pull in the ATL, so if the boogs somehow pull off another miracle you can count on me to circle the buses and lay it down one more time for my homies!

. You never WERE blocked, but you know of what I speak. That crap was driving me crazy, and my wife as well. Rivals is the only social media I do, and she even hates that. She is as friendy as they come, but likes to keep stuff close to the vest. Only lady I've ever met that never gossips or speaks ill of anyone. I have learned a lot from her about keeping my big trap shut, but still have a ways to go.
