OT: More boog stats to laugh at

Idea stolen from AU Rant, did a little more analysis:

Post-2013:

The Gustav Malzahn III led distraught Tigers are 28-17.

Record Against Cupcakes: 11-0

Record Against Teams With a Pulse: 17-17

Record Against SEC Opponents: 14-14

Gustav Salary: ~$18.4M

I would like to know how many games we were favored to lose that we won straight up. Maybe A&M 15?

Another one:

Since the bama game of '13 we've beaten two teams that finished above .500 in SEC play. LSU from last year was one of them, Ole Miss in '14 was the other.

How he was given another year is beyond me.

Having a .500 or below SEC record over any 3 year stretch should be a With Cause fireable offense written into every OBBERN coaches contract.

And the thing about Gus is that he's managed to do it when there's only been one legit SEC team in the whole league in bama. LSU and UGA have been dog poo for the past 3 years.

Very simple really. JJ is the one calling the shots and he knows it will be very hard for him to get rid of Gus and survive. I honestly think the reason he hasn't been fired yet is that he was hoping for a big season this year so all the stupid boogs would forget about the giant shitstain he is to Auburn.

Its JJ needing to keep him and a weird series of events allowing Gus to have enough excuses that it was plausible to a say he could do better. I mean healthy Sean White probably does best UGA last year. Once you get there you can talk yourself into more. The problem was going down that path ignored the stupidity of Gus at his core. Last week proved that the stupidity is the issue, not QB luck.

Agree 100%.

Yeah, all I can assume is it was a self preservation move by Jacobs. He tends to place his own interests s above those of OBBERN. Strange for a guy who claims to love the place so much.
