Let's just say Shivers is a situational back and not a 1st and 2nd down or short yardage guy.
What if Miller is Carl Stewart on his best day, but you get it right now and he has perfect ball security, knows the plays, totally focused, positive yardage, good in the passing game.
What if Asa Martin is Kenny Irons but you gotta deal with a lot of the Irons brothers stuff, and he makes freshman mistakes, but the benefit is the light clicks sooner (say by bowl game time) than later (middle of next season) because he worked through them.
Would you take bad Kenny Irons but sooner good Kenny Irons, or would you take Carl Stewart steadiness, and maybe Kenny Irons comes on later.
I know this is probably not great comparisons, I've just been thinking about how I view upside.
