at least twice a year I make the mistake of going to Publix hungry and end up buying a can of ABC’s & 123’s - WITH mini meatballs (usually on sale 10 for $10, but I have enough self control to only buy 1)... always with mini meatballs because the plain pasta ones taste way worse... and eat it immediately when I get home and am the happiest little 6 year old in the world for about 15 minutes... then, intestinal jihad commences...

no clue what’s in those meatballs, but it’s not good for you
