I honestly think Bruce learned his lesson at the hot dog party. Dude literally couldn't even get away with eating hot dogs. There is no way that he personally gets involved with this sort of thing nowadays.

I had a buddy who had a customer essentially ask for a favor in order to get a PO once. He was new to that industry as a sales guy and didn't realize that even 6 tickets to a national championship game were kind of SOP for that sort of thing. He could have easily gotten the tickets through the company without anyone ever caring. He's nervous, so he asks his boss. His boss was new to the sales manager gig so they go ask the CEO and before they can finish the sentence the CEO puts his hands over his ears and starts yelling "I DON'T HEAR YOU I DON'T HEAR YOU....but the tickets are in my secretaries desk just take 6 and never speak of this again".

Bruce needs smart assistants that would never walk in and ask him if it's okay to bribe someone. They need to know when it's okay and when it's not and they need to leave him out of it. Chuck seemingly did that, his mistake was that he got greedy and he got caught.
