Not sure where I would like to him to go, pretty much a shitty team when you go that high. I've seen some that say Washington but I think he would go to Atlanta before that.
Just keep him away from places that I have NO hope in them being run well. I'm not sure any player is good enough to pull Cleveland up again. That place is a disaster and I wouldn't wish that on anyone.
I can argue against almost any of the worst 10 teams but some of them do have some promise. Sacramento was better this season and has some fun pieces. Washington has legit players even if they are flawed. Maybe some decent franchise gets lucky in the lottery and falls in love with him. I dream of the Mavs falling out only to win the lottery and fall in love with Isaac. Pair his nasty defense up with the NBA's best chalkie duo.

Yeah and he was 2/3 from 3 last night. Happened to catch some SC last night and this Mike Schmit dude had a whole segment raving about Isaac. How he’s the most NBA ready prospect and ROY contender.
