I’m assuming no team has ever played two opponents twice in the same year? There are some crazy scenarios for sure.
Should probably be it’s own thread but this game is interesting to me. I don’t see any way clemmy beats Miami but they’re Dline is absolutely unreal. That unit is the most important in CFB IMO and it could easily determine/swing the game. Looking forward to that match up

Miami is beating Clemson. IF the boogs manage to beat UA, I see UGA facing a similar fate in the rematch. OBBERN exposed them as a second tier team.
i'm not sure i'd go that far...UGA did a lot to themselves in the form of penalties. Still think AU would take a rematch, but doubt it would be 3+ TD difference

The defensive line really impressed me against UGA's OL. That, too me, made it all happen.
Great performance all around, when all 3 phases start to apply pressure then that is when the other team starts to make mistakes. Hope they can keep it going...feels good man
There late in the game, the boog defense was pointing & talking to the doggies when they broke huddle. It looked like they were saying "In three weeks you gone be getting some more of this. We ain't through beating up on you fellows, and we won't some more. What yall think bout that"? At least that's what I wanted to think.
Guess the next best thing to playing in Awbren is playing in ATL. Would say it would be fairly close to neutral crowd.

the only thing that makes me think is that yes UGA made a lot of unforced errors and even dropped a wide open TD. So it was a perfect storm for them to lose BUT.
We smashed them...like smashed them on the line on both sides of the ball. We were very clearly superior in every way on both offensive and defensive lines.
So in some ways was a 3 TD win a fluke? Maybe, but we also won the trenches so hard I don't see them coming close in a rematch even if they don't muff a punt unless we just make a boatload of turnovers.
