Boogs v Marshall

Yes. But you may have to help train @bprockman v2.0 for his team mom duties first!!

Me = Zero Kids.
@bprockman v2.0 = 4 Kids.

He's already highly more qualified for the team mom position than I will ever be. I do get to pick my own outfit out, tho. If BP does, my title would become half-naked sexy drunk cheerleader.

@MomentInTheSun at the hot corner? Don’t know about that. Guess it doesn’t make much diff when we’re just throwing gas right by these young ladies who can barely lift the bat.

I see a lot of dingers in that lineup. Hope the budget allows for an extra case of balls.

Sounds like we might have some issues on the pitching staff with styles not meshing well. Someone said that Martin got rocked the other day in a scrimmage. Curious to see how she pitches with Dean since their philosophies don't really match all that well.

I've only seen that one issue (that day with Martin and how she responded).

You seen something else?

Just heard she hasn't looked great this spring, and someone said she took it on the chin Saturday. Just based on how she's pitched in the past and what Dan says he wants, it doesn't seem like a good fit. She wants to work edges and down in the zone. He wants to work vertically with rise/change. She's been a drop ball pitcher since she got here, which fit Myers to a tee because it produce ground balls. Carlson might work a little better because she has more of an arsenal, but even she was a nibbler and was more east/west than north/south.

I think it's an area that everybody thinks will be fine because we have good pitchers and Dean is a good pitching coach, but I'm not sure our staff fits his philosophical ideas the way it did for Myers.

From what I've read, it seems like she may he the only one.

The others seem to have adjusted pretty well.

Guys- Let’s try to steer this convo back to men’s softball please.

I still get props from teammates back in the day for pitching a SHUTOUT on no-notice prior to the game starting. Had never thrown a pitch before. Defense was clutch for sure, because I gave up some warning track bombs. Team had a lot of Docdumpstas trying to destroy my straight down the middle pitches.

Tannon Snow posted about her epilepsy on Instagram last night. Hope she stays healthy and has a good season.

Yea, I hate to hear that. I assume she had just started having them and it wasn't something that they previously thought she may have had?

Ya gotta play 3 innings tho. Either way, I wouldn't ever want to pitch again. Nothing but Larry the Cable Guy lookin' dudes trying to hit bombs in a big park.
