I trust Hooks, but he only gets one point of view in his recruitment news(coaching staff). They’re going to tell him what he wants to hear for the most part. I have no idea who jhead is but he seems to know more about recruiting than any man not on a coaching staff should.

The one thing he doesn't ever really do is say "we are getting".
He always said Murrell was an us and OM battle. He felt we led, but with his brothers connection, OM could definitely land him. He also said he liked out chances with Brakefield but a Duke offer could change things quick
I guess you and I look at inside information differently. I don't take it as fact. I take it as what being told and heard. No insider will ever go 100%.
What I also like is jhead doesn't sugar coat things. He will tell you what he is hearing, whether good or bad.
But he has told the board stuff days before guys who get paid to do so, so it's hard not to assume he is well connected
