Worst part is he is so stupid he doesn't realize that it's easier to run out the clock with Malik than Jarrett. He's so hesitant to put him out there, but if you just want to run the ball it keeps the defense more honest.
I think Gus' ego needs to ensure that he can run the score up to keep a high average ppg when he can. Health of the starters and development of the backups be damned.
