That makes sense, but it doesn't explain why Cooper hasn't practiced in weeks. Danjel and Austin practiced the whole time they were ineligible so that aspect of this situation is puzzling.

The only thing I can think of is Purifoy and Wiley were suspended but not completely ineligible. If Sharife's being investigated for some type of agent provision that would make him permanently ineligible, he wouldn't be able to be a part of the program.
