Putting Cal #1 invalidates his entire list. If the question was, "who recruits the most NBA talent" then fine, you could put Cal #1. There are some names on the list that I feel like are good examples of developers of talent, but Cal is just a terrible example. Guys like Bruce who have taken players like Okoro and turned him into a top 5 pick deserve to be on the list. If you recruit Anthony Davis, it doesn't matter what you do with him, he's going to be an NBA player.Thoughts?
