** #11 HYG: Jamal Johnson **

A certain deep bench boog as of a few months ago but recent reports suggest the eldest HYG may take on a significant role this year. We’ve seen it before with now beloved HYGs Samir and Malik that Bruce and Steven have a knack for turning liabilities into studs over the course of an offseason.

I still don’t see Jamal as a top option at the 2 but if he can give us 15 mins of sharp shootin and serviceable D that would be a nice contribution.

he started out so hot last season as the dangerous shooter in the corner. Think he was above 40 percent from 3 in the ooc schedule. Then just went to total ass. I don't really expect much to be honest. Just because he never really flashed anything too special in terms of athleticism, or handle, or passing or anything. But who knows. I'll be happy if he can just become a consistent shooter

When he has gotten consistent minutes he played well at Memphis and in High School. Definitely not option one for us, but it would be great if he could play 15 to 20 quality minutes a game for us this season.
