Wasn’t expecting much from this child this year but word around the internet is he’s upped his game significantly.
I feel like Bruce has done this before. Where he publicly praises rotational guys that probably won't get much playing time. Almost like a way of saying "I really appreciate you and want you to stick around even though you won't play much this year"
Reminds me a little of the Malik times. He wasn’t always great but there was never a time when Bruce didn’t want him and love him because of what he gave us behind the scenes. Not to say their personalities are the same necessarily but you don’t have to be great every night to get love and respect from your teammates. Seems like Moore has it.
Tuscaloosa, Starkville & Oxford will be easy trips for me & Id like to go to Thompson-Boling or whatever it’s called these days. And I haven’t been to the Clam since the Greg hit it over the head with a champagne bottle & christened it. That has to stop this year for sure.

Me eight months later:
While I'd thoroughly enjoy a 40-0 season, it wouldn't be disappointing to have a loss or two going into March. No need for the added pressure of an undefeated run.

Thor at the 5 would still be amazing this year. He wouldn’t be Kessler in the paint, but he’d be a nightmare for college squads this year
last season stunk for all sorts of reasons. But i do feel like people tend to forget just how good some individual players were just because it was a bad season. Thor would've been a monster this year. He averaged 11 6.2 and 1.8 blocks in sec play last year as an 18 year old. He was a beast
Would have still been a tourney team in my mind if everyone was healthy and available all year. And we didn’t ban ourselves too I guess. Last year sucked anyway though. Sharife and Thor would easily be 2 of the best players in the country if they came back.
For sure. He’s playing in the NBA. He was a stud. It does stink that we never had last year’s squad at full strength.
We anticipated Sharife for like 3-4 years in advance, and got to see him play like 10 games. So frustrating, can only imagine how bad that feels as a coach
