How we only down 3 dem boogs fightin.
Damn that was ugly as hell but our guys locked down on D when they were down 10 and found a way to drag themselves back into this. Down 3 after that half is a massive win.
We had one of those real bad transition moments that @Fatz Geronimo has talked about. Pretty sure Wendell should have given it up early, if for no other reason than to get the defender off him.
he’s doing a great job of allocating defensive resources and just hammering our pressure points… wouldn’t mind seeing Jabari and Jaylin on the floor together if we can avoid foul trouble

seems like our only prayer of scoring when Wen/Walker go to the bench… just switch everything on defense, stretch the floor with bad shooters and hope bad shooters taking open shots is better than good shooters taking awful shots
after 2 games of feeling like halftime score was worst case scenario it’s nice to have 1 that feels best case scenario

This definitely feels like a game where we need Jabari to go to take over. Ark is playing suffocating D inside and the only person who is going to be able to score consistently against that inside the 3 point line is Jabari with his ability to knock down contested jumpers. Would be nice if KD, Wen, Devan, or Jabari could knock down some good looks from deep too.
No question about that. The reason we have this winning streak is our D. We've had plenty of off games or halves on offense, but the D has always been there to keep us in games until the offense could make something happen. That was one of our best halves on D this year. Offense was solid the first 5 minutes and good enough the last 3 minutes. Some good adjustments out of the half and we can get control of this game.
These teams that are long, athletic and play good D are the games we need Jabari and also the games where Al getting back to closer to his former self would really help.
Agreed. Most games we can win with Jabari just being a piece of the puzzle. If we can get him rolling, he can carry us tonight though. They will have to foul him to try and stop him.

Really hope BRUCE leaves our big dogs out there. They are rolling right now and this is a war. This TV TO will let them catch their breath. If they get tired in couple of minutes, use our TOs for a break. This DUB is ours if we keep playing like this on O. They won't keep getting lucky second chance points off Walker stuffing their shit all night.
