I used to hate Coarch SOS & now I’ve kinda went man crush on him, but he cannot claim 1990 as UF’s first SEC Championship & claim 93 as well. The Gators were on probation in 1990 as were the Boogs in 93. Boogs beat UF AND UA in 1993 & they played in the HAM in the championship game. Never forget the airplane sign that flew over Lesion Field that day “SEC RUNNERUP GAME”. Sweet.

Just noticed my boy David Smith is wearing the White Hat in The Swamp. Former Bammer QB that had a large hand beating Barners in 1984 Iron Bowl. Knew him through the trailer bidness, but he was too straight to handle the trailer trash. Good guy tho.
2 plays (1 in each game) that clearly shows where AU and uga are from a coaching perspective. Late in the uga game somewhere around the time uga scored a TD to go up 41- 10 everyone on the uga sideline was celebrating and Kirby grabbed one of his receivers as he came off the field and straight lit his ass up. Not sure what he did, but he was furious. In the AU game when it was also game over and Willis got sacked for the safety it showed Gus laughing and smiling as he discussed the play with Malik on sidelines. It’s pretty obvious one coach is only happy with pure perfection, while the other is completely happy excepting an outrageously large check.
I hate Gussie as much as humanly possible but I didn’t see that as a pleasant conversation as Malik came off the field. That said, if I was a Billionaire Kirby would be our Coach and Gussie would be at Arkansas Tech or somewhere.
Yeah, that isn't accurate. Gus was pretty upset with Willis. Didn't see any smiling. Kept looking at Willis, saying "You serious, what are you doing?"
