Non Boog specific COLLEGE HOOPS thread

No final four run is legit unless you have to beat Kansas, UNC, and UK and/or Duke to get there. I’m pretty sure that’s the rule
Yeah their run through a #15/10 & a loss to a First First Four squad will certainly go down as one of the greatest moments of the GREG. Right after a #12/4/1/2 run that really tears them up & they ain’t gonna get what’s ours.

This needs to be a lesson to Bruce and the boys though. Stop screwing around and getting these 5-6 seeds. We need a 1 or 2 seed sometime

Kinda crazy that the old Southwest Conference has three teams in the EE with Baylor, Houston & Arkansas. Also Texas & Texas Tech had pretty good years as well. Also of note is Oklahoma bested a two seed lol.

As much as it pains me to see Davion/ Baylor have success I think he may be playing his way ahead of Sharife in the draft pecking order.

The Oral Roberts PG been getting a little buzz too. WV PG. Hopefully Rife’s draft prospects starting to lead him back to Boogville.

Davion was the best player on the court last night. When he was out with foul trouble, Arkansas made every one of their runs. When he was on the court, he created so much for Baylor. And no one could stay in front of him last night. I was really impressed with him. I'd watched them some this year and thought he was really good, but he seemed to defer to other guys, which is totally fine. I just wasn't expecting some of what I saw from him last night offensively.

I made a bold prediction years ago, long before Chuma came out of his shell. I said Davion would be the best Pro on that roster. So now DM can easily be the second best and I didn’t miss it by much! On a more serious note, I’m starting to get maybe a Chris Paul vibe from him. If he continues to improve his shooting as much as he has the last couple of years, he has a chance to be a really good Pro.
