******Official Boogs at LSU Game Thread******

Got damnit stop throwing long balls to #12

LSU is playing a lot over over the top cover 2. You have to attack the outside to soften the middle for the post. I expect another huge play in the middle of the field. The pass to stove is a play you run for set up, meaning if you hit it great, but if it falls incomplete it's ok because we are running this bullshit play for something else. We are not going to be perfect on every play and some plays are run to set up other plays

I just mean throw it to a different WR, McClain, Cannella, NCM, Slayton. I don’t have a problem with the call!

He's an above average OL that is on an OL that is overall good with a chance to improve. He's made some good blocks today, so the assertion that he is garbage is elementary level football analysis imo.

I'm probably gonna have to eat a lot of crow on that one. This appears to be a new version of him, but it's a great version.
I always thought he was a 10 touch a game guy. Reminds me of Joe McKnight a few years back with USC. If he can stay healthy getting 25 touches a game, he will lead the boogs to a big season.

He has terrible feet. He is big and strong, so he is above average down blocking (which is a big part of this O) but he makes more mistakes than the rest of our OL combined.

This offense is completely different with KJ in the game. That may have a lot to do with Chirp though.

230 yards to 67 so far, and over half of LSU's yards are from the long pass that they fumbled. What a start. Also running the ball well. We'll see if Gus can keep the pedal down.
