They lost the game with that abortion of a possession with 1:00 left after bama misses a damn FG. And Grantham blitzing 9 guys on 3rd and 15 with the game on the line instead of double teaming the only WR on bama’s team that can get open/catch a pass.
Not trying to get ahead of myself but I’d be ill if we won the SEC then had to play bama again in the playoff.

That defense they had tonight is beatable. Im shaky on us containing Hurts, but we have as good a chance to beat them as anyone. And they’re coming to play in our house to an angry crowd. Anything can happen
As good as the defense is we can hang with anyone, so long as we don't turn the ball over. I'm really friggin' happy with where this DEFENSE is.
Its incredible. DL is nasty, LBs can actually make plays because of them, and secondary is physical. Fun to watch them work.

Damn, no respect for Chip Lindsey at all. Still great to see Kelly praising the boog offense. That was the most complete game I've probably ever seen from Gus as a HC. Out of respect for this I'll refrain from publicly hating Gus until the UA game.
They’ve been outrushed two straight games (I think) so I fully believe our front four can handle Harris and Scrubourough
DAN MULLEN would've beaten them with about three of our players on his squad. If Gus is better than Mullen, as so many boogs contend, then this should be a cake walk. Right?
It’s defubitely the the most vulnerable I’ve seen bama since Saban started their run. Their D-line is not getting any pressure and their O-line very well may struggle containing our ends.
if they play the same and KJ can go the distance we might gash them to oblivion. Wish we had Pett and K Davis though. And Miss St got that big bodied QB who pounded them which would be nice.
I was unbelievably impressed with Nick Fitz last night. That dude was throwing strikes on the money all night. His WRs dropped two or three Brady-like passes too.
@MomentInTheSun has been giving me hell for thinking state is good this season. They'll finish 9-3 and dropping the UA game by a TD in the final seconds. Not bad for a bunch of leftovers that the bigger programs didn't try to hard for.
I agree. I also think Mullen is one of the best QB coaches in the country. I just wouldn’t personally want him at AU as HC.
