Don't think it really applies to him necessarily.

The Suns had no PG's last season but then went out and got a few and drafted a few. Now they are a bit overloaded. They made the move to get Ricky Rubio, who will be the starter as long as he's there and healthy. They traded something meaningless for Jevon Carter with the idea that he was the immediate backup. They drafted Ty Jerome and they also signed Lecque to a 4 year deal as an undrafted rookie and 2 of the years are guaranteed.

I kinda feel like Harper's best bet is to have some other team fall in love with him now and make an offer to get him away from the PHX system. They've got 2 more years locked in for Rubio and Jerome. They could probably cut Carter and likely will if any of the other guys catch on because he's got limited offensive potential. Still feels like a bit of a log jam there though even if he's gone.

Gotta think he's a guaranteed lotto pick by now. Good news for auburn and good news for NBA fans as well because that means BRUCE will be at the draft and surely will get interviewed.

Was perusing some mocks and Sir Isaac still firmly in the top 5ish.

Also noticed the child at LSU Watford is nowhere to be found. Pretty sure he was projected lottery before the season. Add him to the list of youngsters that took the easy cash from Wade and didn’t get developed like they would under Bruce and Steven’s tutelage.

No outside threat and will definitely be a defensive liability in the league. He’s athletic but never struck me as a dude with quick feet/lateral ability to be a positive on d in the league

Yeah it’s hard to tell with him whether it’s lack of ability or lack of effort. Maybe a little bit of both, but he definitely looks disinterested on D.

Their crootin class is sick as always but they’ve got some roster holes. Got some scrub grad transfer to presumably log mins at PG and are after another trash can at C Haarms from Purdue.

Nice. Man I knew this was gonna happen both Sharife and Thor being first rounders. Just wish they both weren’t sure about it and decided to come back. Al would have been a first rounder too so at least he’s back.

JT figgin to sky rocket up the draft boards. Wing span off the charts and is freaking scouts out at the combine with his studliness.

Thank god we've got Jabari coming in. Otherwise, i'd be pretty salty about not seeing year two of the Thormeister General.

Anyway, seems to have been a funny typo on the combine website today bc Sharife was listed as like 6-4.

Boogs again with 2 first rd picks after the lottery last night. 3 if we wanna count Davion.

One thing that's kind of interesting is seeing how the G-League Ignite players will fair in the draft. Guys like Jalen Green and Kuminga were always going to be lottery picks. But the other HS players that they signed - IsaiahTodd and Daishen Nix both look to be going DEEP into RD 2. And Kai Sotto left to go back and play in Asia since he probably wouldn't even be drafted at all.

Some of that may have to do with Covid. But man, the program is not off to a great start.

Also of note, so wild seeing BJ Boston just keep sliding down the draft boards. I feel bad for him. But he should have stayed in school and hoped to rebound his reputation. Sweet Davion proves you can be a senior and still be a lotto pick. What's one more year at UK? Why is he rushing for a G League contract. Idk.

Sharife and Isaac on the same team again would be pretty damn cool. Not sure I'd love having to watch the Cavs though
