Draft night. Pretty excited to tune in this year
I’m pumped. My youngest is 10 and he is obsessed with the NBA and the draft. He has studied it and can tell you what teams have cap room and which are looking to rebuild. It’s crazy he knows backup players for pretty shitty teams. Anyway, I am throwing a draft party for him and a few friends. He can’t wait to see Chuma’s name called.
If all this is true, that organization is struggling. Even after leaving Magic was talking about them having “30 million” available. How can a billion plus dollar franchise be operating that carelessly?

Be great if Greg Brown decided he wanted to be the next Chuma. Bruce can definitely sell that position to some big time recruits after last night
My only regret is that I feel like we only saw elite Chuma for about a month to end the year, mostly starting with that UGA game. Selfishly I wanted to see it a little longer
My only regret is that I have no regrets.
In that month he went from a guy who probably wasn’t high on a ton of draft boards to being called a possible “steal of the draft” at 16 after tearing his ACL. Truly amazing and absolutely can be attributed to HIS realization that he was the best player on the floor for us every night, and most nights the best player on the floor period.
