Yes, no longer live in EC. The area that flooded also flooded like that in 2016; it’s the historic district of EC. I wasn’t close enuf to it for it to affect. It’s a shame, though. Lots of historic buildings including the nation’s first train station.
They had really just gotten everything rebuilt from the 2016 flood. I know a lot of shop owners have said they will be moving out of that area.
