I know that most of us humans are smarter than Tigers, but what's stopping these guys from climbing one of those trees and jumpiing over that fence?

Anybody ever bought appliances on Black Friday? Looking to get the whole shabang. Fridge, Dishwasher, Stove, Microwave, Washer, and Dryer. Lowe’s seems to have some pretty solid deals but I’ve heard their appliances are lower quality than you get at other places even though they’re the same brand. Also any brand recs will be helpful

that really doesn't make any sense. Sorry not recs though
Yeah I was kind of confused by it too. The dude at the appliance shop here in town told me that, though. Like maybe Lowe’s has some sort of deal with the manufacturers to buy them so cheap that the manufacturers have been forced to source cheaper parts or use cheaper materials or something? Not really sure. For all I know the dude just might have some major beef with Lowe’s for some reason

Sounds expensive.

No Recs as I replace one at a time when things break and can’t be fixed.

That's possible for maybe one specific brand, but I think it'd be a bit too outlandish to believe that Lowe's, and not other major retailers, is able to get every brand to cheapen their products for them like that. Sounds like the appliance shop dude wants your commission.

He doesn’t sell new appliances. Just used/refurbished stuff and has contracts to do warranty repair for HD, Lowe’s, Sears, etc. But who knows? Not really worth debating as it’s just something I heard and really have no idea if it’s true or not

It's all about the manufacturer's part number normally. It is not unheard of for manufacturers to make a model that is cheaper in some ways for the big box stores but the part number or stock code of the item will be different. I know that some tires and other things have been done this way. When comparing prices on things always make sure the part numbers are the same.

I assume this is something like ole buddy was talking about. Looks like I’ve got some research to do
Check the model numbers and see if you can find component lists for each appliance. With refrigerators check the compressor, washing machines check the transmission and pump, clothes dryer check for a stainless tub versus painted, dishwashers check the pump and noise levels. Some of the differences don't matter anymore, since the expected life is around 7 years now.

Old McJittery thought he had something for some ATM fellows. He thought wrong.Next time he may keep his shakey grievances to his shakey self.

this is still one of my favorite covers. Nothing spectacular or anyhing. Just good. Saw these dudes play it at the village tavern in 07 and have been a big fan ever since

may have posted this before but just now getting back into these guys. Nothing super punk about their music in a vaccum, but they may have the most authentic punk attitude that I've ever seen live. Such a cool band. Wish they'd have made it big. Or maybe not.

SAGE advice when shopping at local WalmarKs in Huckberry: It’s not the length of the line, it’s the # of teeth in the checkers mouth.
Just saw an ad for s product called “ Super Beta Prostate 3 Advanced”
Can’t help but think would sell more if it were called “super mega alpha prostate #1”

Welp guys just thought I’d let y’all know that today’s the first day since sometime in 2010 that I haven’t had a paid Rivals account. Feels good
