I'll always celebrate that win and the SEC title that followed. He was always going to make it to 2016.

The most costly win was by far the 2016 LSU game, followed by the 2018 A&M game.

It's debatable whether 2017 UGA/bama should be included in that list. I don't want to give those up, but they were completely nullified by one team beating our ass in the SECCG and the other winning the natty.

True, but we would have had to lose both of those games, so just the "one game" wouldn't have applied, IMO

If you strictly look at it from the perspective of what kept Gus here, here's my top 3 hearbreaking wins:

1) 2016 LSU
2) 2013 UGA
3) 2018 TAMU

Like I said earlier, it's hard to single out a game in 2013 when I think he was getting 4 years regardless, with that he took over. JMO

Wow gang. Rice has an all timer on tbb today. It’s incredible. It starts off with Lamar Jackson sucks bc he fumbled the ball in a NFL playoff game so Gus was right to not take him and instead take Tyler Queen. 34 is considered young in the NFL. The ravens made a mistake trading Joe Flacco bc there will be no one to mentor Lamar (this is still his take even after showing how expensive joe is and they have plenty of time to sign a backup). Talent has nothing to do with skill but more with mental makeup. Joe Montana was better than Tom Brady.

And that’s just the tip of the Iceburg. It’s quite incredible. I really can’t do it justice.

My favorite part is after pages of going on about Lamar fumbling someone puts up stats saying since Joe Flacco has been in the league he is 2nd in the NFL for most fumbles lost. Rice didn’t touch that haha.

It really is incredible. I’m honestly curious if he and his wife fight all the time bc he’s a know it all or if he never ever gets a say in anything and that’s why he’s like he is on tbb.
You almost have to respect the dude at this point after all the shit he’s taken and he still keeps doubling down on the idiocy all these years later
