Anyone else experiencing slow or inconsistent speeds on the rivalsweb today? Other sites are fine, I'm scared I've been tate'd by GREG.

Never use Charter DNS, it is shat. Use Google's public or some other pub dns servics if you have charter.
If you're going to use non-filterable DNS, use Google for primary and Level 3 for backup, or vice versa.

Google = 8.8.8.8
Level 3 = 4.2.2.2

Or better yet, use OpenDNS so that you can provide an additional layer of security for your home or small business network. It can filter out known malicious sites and other categories.

Open DNS switched over systems about a month ago and has been having some issues as they get the bugs worked out. They may have it fixed by now but haven't checked.

It came with 0 warning and next thing I know I am get calls from site after site that anything using google authentication was giving trust errors. Was not a fun day. We were using OpenDns as forwarders for our internal dns servers. Took about 15-20 minutes to figure out the problem and another 10 to reroute and clear cache. All in all it only took about 40 minutes to fix the issue but I had to hear about it for a few days.
