OT: Someone shoot me a DM on what happened at the BOARD MEETING

There's some chatter on tbb about a meeting today, and the board giving Jar Jar His walking papers. It wouldn't surprise me, based on what I've heard tbh.
BOT met. No one is happy. But, JJ was not given walking papers and will not be let go this weekend.
Anyone know how BRUCE feels about JJ? If BP is happy I'm happy. Although, I'm sure he'd get along with an infinitely more qualified AD just fine.
Interesting, WSG. Almost sounds like they don't just fire people willy-nilly and leave that to the president like a BOT tends to do
Yep, the President has to make a recommendation for them to vote on. They prob did break into executive session to discuss legal matters and I am sure the good name and character of JJ was discussed.
Wait, are you guys suggesting that JJ answers to someone else besides God?
Good point. Let's just defer to Bruce on all decisions regarding both the athletic department and academics. Also, on bar-b-ques.
My guess is that Bruce is grateful Jay gave him a chance (hiring a coach with a show cause was absolutely unheard of), but has come to realize he's incompetent. I doubt Bruce says anything. He's just focusing on bringing a Final Four banner to The Clam (formerly known as Auburn Arena).
I vote for Bruce to replace JJ as AD. He can be the AD and the head men's basketball coach. He would be a kickass AD.
Yes. All of the talk about the BOT meeting to discuss JJ's future is idiotic.
