lol. UK losing now at home to seton hall. Fuggin bums
Lord God UK is pitiful.
I think UT is pretty good too but I won’t compliment Grant Williams because I’m scared @Denim Vest will ridicule meUK looks trash AF. Boogs are only good team in the SEC this season
Bama -1.5 vs Arizona tomorrow
In Tuscaloosa
Would have thought Zona would have been favored
Coleman was en fuego in that tourney but he's not that good. Just got hot and was hitting everything. Made them scary for a week.Feels like something worth putting money on, but then again Zona wasn't very good when we played them.
Omg. This is so trash. Hope every official sees that garbage
I'm telling you, Kentucky will be lucky to finish top half of the SEC. Calipari has lost it.
I was listening to the CBS college basketball podcast this morning. They don't think UK is a top 25 team right now, but pointed out they have lost 2 games by this point most years under Cal and have made it to 2 final 4s in those years. Only 1 year did they really crater after dropping 2 games early. It remains to be seen what will happen this year, but I would not write them off yet.I'm telling you, Kentucky will be lucky to finish top half of the SEC. Calipari has lost it.
They don't play anyone the rest of the way and will likely go undefeated with a 1 seed. Pretty unfortunate that a team in a garbage league gets that kind of respect.I tell you who is NOT a top 10 program...Nevada. I watched every minute of that game vs GCU and they would get thrashed by our Boogs. They only have 4 contributors and I think they only subbed out for 1 dude in the entire 2nd half and I don’t recall him making a single bucket. If GCU would not have gone scoreless over a 4 min period inside the final 10 they probably would have won the game. Think I heard them say they will only play one ranked game all year. Garbage.
All of that is true. But at this time, in this climate, it feels different. Cal seems defeated in his pressers. He lacks his usual swagger and fight. If Calipari can find that, then he may turn it around. Just don't see it with this group. Recruiting losses are taking their toll on his confidence.I was listening to the CBS college basketball podcast this morning. All runs come to an end for coaches so maybe this is the end for Cal. Their fan base is certainly in a melt down. Cal has gone through this so many times though that I will need to see them really unravel to believe he's done. He has 2 top 10 players committed for next year so while he has missed on a couple of others, they aren't exactly going to be devoid of talent next year. All of that is true. Nova lost too much from that team, last year. They have some really bad losses.Nova lost to Penn. Surprising given that it appeared they had figured shit out after they beat FSU.
His main problem is keeping kids. He's not really getting true, elite talents these days. He's getting the next tier kids...who think they are elite and leave UK way too soon. He's not able to properly build a team like that. The role players think they are LeBron. All runs come to an end for coaches so maybe this is the end for Cal. They also have a 5 star kid that was supposed to be excellent and he's literally out of the rotation last time I looked. He's been a complete bust to this point, not ready at all. I think that's a tough one to see coming. Nova gets a 5 star kid you imagine he's going to be putting at least 10-12pts a night up, right. He can't even get on the court.Nova lost basically 4 first round picks and three of htem were experienced upper classmen. Jalen Brunson was a 2nd round pick but wasn't he like a 2 time consensus all american. It's kind of absurd that they were actually ranked as high as they were in the preseason but I think it was just out of respect for the program. No way anyone replaces that type of talent and experience in just a year. I don't expect them to make it past the 2nd rd in the tourney
Agreed. Situation with that kid is deteriorating quickly. He posted on Instagram after the game last night something to the effect of “this was my 2nd choice for a reason.” (He played 1 min in the game) He was going to Zona until the FBI shit hit. Looks like he could be a mid season transfer now. They also have a 5 star kid that was supposed to be excellent and he's literally out of the rotation last time I looked.
