Guess Jon went to be the Wildling King. Stark in Kingslanding, Stark as queen of the North, Stark/Targaryen as Wildling King, and Killer Stark queen on the high seas. Guess House Stark has got this bitch. Horrible ending but at least it is over.

Also nobody but Grey Worm gave a fugg about “justice” for Jon, and then Grey Worm immediately shipped out of Westwros. So why did Jon really need to take the black again. Just didn’t make any sense whatsoever

Not sure you’re right about that. I don’t think anybody outside of Kings Landing cared Dany burned it to the ground. There were probably plenty mad that Jon killed her.

I should have known it was gonna suck but ‘Bran the Broken’ come on now.

That corny ass scene with Tyrion, Bron, Davos, Sam as advisors. Oh that whole speech on democracy where they chuckle about their horse voting.

I guess the first 20 mins was decent then they just got goofy but at least everyone got to see the dog again so it’s all good...

Agree Greyworm would have killed him way before the remaining leaders of Westeros could have shown up. Tyrion as well. Also why the **** should the unsullied gas about the remainder of Westeros or what they think.

Well it contradicts itself a little with them leaving, but they were designed to take orders. Not make them.

Such a stupid ending. Everything after Jon killing Dany was a mockery of a great show. The last great episode was the one BEFORE the Great War with the dead. The fireside chats. I am so disgusted right now. That cheese comedy was horrific.

I like how they brought back the actor who played Edmure just to take a giant piss on him. Still can't get over how Davos offered the Reach to the Unsullied, an army with no genitals, for them to start their own houses. I don't how that concept even gets past the interns on the show. And sansa is such a bitch. Wanted the crown, then when her crippled brother got it, she immediately secedes from the Union just so she can be a queen. She also was all like "he can't have kids" to everyone. What a bitch. And if Bronn is now the lord of Highgarden, then he probably should have been on that council for the trial, but he just randomly shows up as the new master of coin. Got damn, just included him to make some brothel jokes. Stupid

100% worse than the ending of dexter, but still not as bad as TLJ.

Good thing these same dopes are now writing the next star wars trilogy.......fk like who is letting them ruin everything?

I mean what are you supposed to offer the Unsullied though? They can't do anything other than fight in that world where "Houses" are the way things work. He threw a Hail Mary at them but I'm not sure what he was supposed to do there. They obviously aren't motivated the way everyone else is.

I'm not nearly as mad as everyone else because once it was clear that the writers were bailing on this to do higher paying work it was going to be weird. And this was never a happy story where everything ends well and your crew get to celebrate. I also have no problem with Bran "winning" the throne because the throne sucks and the idea that the person that rules KL is the winner is honestly hilarious at this point. It drove the Mad King mad and lead to a rebellion. Robert was absolutely miserable with it cause he had a to marry someone he hated in order to get there and he really just wanted to hunt and drink and fight, not rule. Joeffry got killed over it. Tommen killed himself from it. Cersei spent all her time drinking wine and being surly, then having to deal with fighting off dragons because she stubbornly wanted to keep it in the fam. It's a terrible, horrible, no good job. I'm not sure why Jon fans want Jon to have it or Sansa fans want Sansa to have it. The moral of the Iron Throne is that it kills you and you don't enjoy anything about life

Jon ended up exactly where he needed to be. He wasn't the type to rule in the 7 kingdoms. He's admirable and good but he's too naive to the politics and he'd end up being crushed because of it. Arya needed a better avenue but she was always leaving Westeros to go look for something else, that's who she was. Dany deserved to die, she basically became every historical villain who believed they were born to change the world but just murdered anyone who disagreed with their vision. Sansa has been arguing rightly for an independent north for a long time now. She's been mentioning how the north had been on it's own and how every time they get involved in KL it goes poorly. I have no issues with her demanding independence or being the queen there. I don't care than Bran is on the throne because the throne sucks as alluded to before. I don't view that as him winning at all. Any and all complaints I have about the high council meeting and other bad moments just come down to "they handcuffed themselves when they determined an end date with limited episodes". Nothing could be great from that point on. They could have run 2 seasons per year for 3 more years and barely gotten all the story in if they wanted to do it right. I see a ton of "this scene meant nothing I guess" today from people wanting every single breadcrumb to have had a huge impact on the endgame. Sorry, that's just not going to happen. They took an epic story, started it in epic fashion and then put a clock on it to expire. There was simply zero chance they could make every clue pan out in the end.

It was a great show overall though. Nothing keeps me interested for 3 years, much less 10.

Mostly agree but they could have had everything play out the same without the last hour being so corny.

Like Sam barreling in with his new book “a song of fire and ice”. We know what it’s called MFers. And why is there a hand carved into Tyrion’s seat we know he’s the fuggin hand. And why the hell the dog missing an ear? That’s not right.

Everything with Sam that last episode as corny as hell. Like every single thing I believe. They definitely got a little campy for the finale. I love Bronn and I'm glad he's a power player now, but did they have to make him the cheesiest possible version of Bronn for his final few minutes on screen?

But I'm not gonna dwell on the BS. I thought Tyrion was perfectly played last night. Everything from the opening moment to where he throw the Hand pin down the stairs was so perfectly done for me.

You might be right but we will never know. Sure would have been nice to have MORE TIME AND EPISODES WITH CHARACTERS TO UNDERSTAND THE PLOT....

Anyeho..haven’t been this disappointed since the last Star Wars movie. I don’t mind the narrative decisions bc they kind of make sense (except exiling Jon) but you have to really reach and dig to understand them bc D&D were just so burnt out and didn’t care anymore. They were done and wanted it to be 7 seasons and had to be begged for 8. And HBO wanted 10 seasons and they were like nah we good.
I get it’s hard and difficult and takes up half your life but they will be known for the Guys that screwed it up. GRRM is credited for most of the story anyway.
Danny turning mad queen could have been a Darth Vader I am your father moment. It would have been amazing if done right.
All these problems could have simply been fixed with more time bc it was so rushed.

To everyone that says the North is where Jon belonged, sure, IF THAT WAS HIS CHOICE. He was sentenced there and physically escorted there. What a total BS move. Once Greyworm left, bring him back and let him decide. He saved the damn world yet gets punished. So silly. Bran should have told Greyworm to get fvcked. I hated everything after Dany's death.
