I’m liberally using the ignore feature to help me behave, but if Gus is still the coach come January I’ll probably cancel again
I think our guys should be getting past them on the perimeter all night long. They don't defend that well and looked a bit lazy vs Wisconsin on ball to me. Can't see them staying in front of McCormick/Samir/Okoro and Okoro is likely to have a 6'4" dude who doesn't look physical guarding him so I'm gonna bet he eats a ton. Danjel has a pretty big athleticism advantage over their PF.
Their guys hit tough shots vs Wisconsin. That's all that really scares me. You can play tough defense and if guys hit tough shots not a ton you can do. Hope they just had them falling last night and our defense will impact them enough to be brick city this evening.

The most athletic team the HYGs will see all year is in practice. Was perusing some nerd board and someone posted something to the effect of didn’t think I’d ever see a team as athletic as UNLV circa 1990 until we trotted out our bench unit of Turbo, Al, Cambridge, J Will and Stretch. I mean gatdamn it’s just ridiculous.

I signed back up at halftime of the UGA game because it’s the first time I ever felt there was a chance we’d be having a coaching search soon, and coaching searches are far and away the most fun time to be on that board
there’s much more basketball talk now - which is great... a lot more enthusiasm for the program... but I fear it will devolve quickly as soon as a game is lost, because the general understanding of the sport is still horrifyingly low

I read that complete nonsense & almost blew. Rice arguing with @DM8 about how untouchable that squad was & he doesn’t even remember it. Then he mentions Sir Charles & another player’s name I shan’t mention here. Hell that team got put out by this club we play tonight in the FIRST ROUND. He’s a name dropping POS that kept moving the goals every time someone challenged him. I’m glad I couldn’t get to that sucker cause I would have punch his clock today. Really don’t know why I clicked on it myself. On the positive side, I’ll be Boogin with my youngest young Boog who is home from the college today.
