I like Jesus, but Firmino should be starting for this Brazil team. I'd probably put Firmino in the hole where Coutinho is and. Move him out to the right and put neymar up top. OR maybe that's dumb. But Firmino is just too good to be on the bench. I'd also start Fernandinho over Paulinho

Belgium and England both finishing out the first rd of teams playing. Like both of those teams potential. Not sure either team has the experience or managers to make it all the way though. Who knows though. Kane, sterling, De Bruyne or Hazard could just have a hell of a tourney and propel their teams far. I like this england team but think their midfield sucks

Belgium running away with this like you’d expect. A better team will take advantage of Belgium’s lack of fullbacks though
Wasn’t really excited about either of the first two matches today. Sweden/Korea just seemed like a boring matchup based on some of their previous performances. Belgium-Panama is just such a mismatch.
Interesting backline of Walker, Macguire and Stones. All are good with the ball but Stones is an accident waiting to happen

I watched the first 25 minutes and assumed it would end up 3-0 or 4-1.

Surprised to see that Colombia still looked like the better team down a man. I figured they'd be the better team 11v11, but it's really hard to still take it to an opponent being down a man for 40+ minutes. I wonder if that will catch up with them late in the match. Japan didn't do much to create many chances with the advantage.

weird one in a million kind of goal in that senegal match. Just happened to be on the sport's biggest stage. Can't fault the ref for allowing the player back on. He let him on before the Poland player made that back pass so it wasn't an advantage or anything. Just a freak play.

Argentina getting their asses handed to them in this game. It's amazing that a team with so much attacking talent can look so hopeless offensively
