the crazy thing is, even as good as Webb had been all week, Duf was leading the field in SG - Putting until his meltdown the last 5-6 holes
he improved a ton last year with his new breathing technique... then reworked his entire setup over the winter with the guy who works with Kisner and Charley Hoffman - who both had great years last year
through 3 months or so Duf was putting great - he had a cold April, then rediscovered it at the Zurich and was lights out over the weekend and all week this week until his late collapse
I know these things take time, and he reverted to some trrrible habits late today, but I don’t think he’s a lost cause... his irons have held him back all year, not his short game... the way he’s slowly dialing those in it won’t surprise me if he takes down another big tourney in the next 3 months
