Hate to say it but I’m starting to like JT. Only American worth a fug in these team matches last couple years. Tiger of course been good so far but the rest are just garb.
I was watching till about midnight thought US might sweep the sesh. Then somehow JT and Rickie blew a 5 up lead. Should be an exciting final day of singles.
I read this morning that happened. Pretty shocking. I guess the way the Ancer kid is playing I shouldn’t be. Hoping our game ends in a normal amount of time and I can get out of there and watch he and Tiger go at it.
What do you think about the line-up? I would’ve gone Fowler, Tiger and JT or Fowler, JT and Tiger on the back end. Surprised Fowler is there. Also, I’ll go ahead and make a fool of myself here but I’ll be shocked if P Reed doesn’t win his Match today.
Yeah I think everyone thought Tiger was gonna go back out there with JT. Seemed to be hinting he didn’t want to go out there in the cold cause of his back etc.
Reed has been a complete disaster and then his caddy got kicked out of the event for fighting some fan lol. Wonder if Justine will be on the bag today what a shitshow for him.
His BIL wanted the day off apparently! I think Tiger of ten years ago would’ve paired himself with Reed because he wasn’t going to be buddy buddy with anybody regardless. Now that he’s opened up and become friends with all these young guys, I think he wanted to play with a buddy. All that to say, the way Tiger played in the 1st session, Reed could’ve gotten a W if they had been together. Reed’s got to save face and bring more hate to himself with a W today. He thrives on it.
Tiger goes undefeated. Y’all hate me now but you can’t even imagine how bad you’d hate me if Tiger hadn’t been sidetracked for 7-8 years.

been pretty slow at work so I've been listening to some podcasts. Listened to the PMT with the Brooks Koepka interview. I fee like he's being a tad humble and maybe not trying to be one of those douches that acts like golf is some cerebral puzzle of a game, but he does genuinely seem to have such a simple and casual outlook about the game that he's the best in the world at. Like you can tell, he's gonna win another ten majors in his career (if he doesn't get bored and retire first) but he will never ever be a Johnny Miller up his own ass dict tard that wants to go on tv and over analyze ever single fuggin shot everyone makes. Was quite refreshing and a little annoying too that he is just so naturally good at it.
Fug I’m jelly of the child’s move. Shit Tiger probably is.

That’s a toughy cause my first thought is who is this complete hack no way he could come close to breaking 100. Then again I might be about to get hustled to oblivion by some dude in jeans that gets everything up and down with one of his trusty 4 irons and magic putter.

Yeah after reading the article on his game sounds about right. In theory dealing with a world class athlete who should have the coordination to break 100 with little practice. Guess the set is a strong indication he dgaf about the game and is pretty terrible at it.
I envision this scenario where he wouldn't try against one of you 10 or less handicaps, but also would somehow find a way to beat someone like me with a 20ish handicap. Like if he thought he could win he would get focused and he would find some kind of drive shot that worked for him, he wouldn't try to kill it and he would live in the fairway well short of potential distance. Then he would have some kind of ugly approach shot that never landed on the green but was always close to it, and he would get up and down every time and beat me by 5 holes.
I got a second bag full of these, a Walmart 3-wood and a motely crew of wedges. Could break 100 in my sleep.
@Fatz Geronimo have you guys discussed how bad DL3 is on the pod yet? Lord God he’s so bad even by CBS golf standards. This gem notwithstanding of course:

Haha, no one of the local courses is only allowing walking due to Corona. I had a rough day gents. Couldn’t get dialed in at all and played like garbage. Still better than being stuck at the house with the kids.
