OT: The Boogdown Vol 9

The Boogs descend upon the great state of MO for a contest of 2 downtrodden programs. We at the Boogdown will not watch a snap of it. A few dozen rednecks mixing it up in an area of great social unrest is about the only storyline to watch here.

Gus has promised to “get it fixed” though so that’s reassuring.

Big hire for softball. It’s not MEN’S softball though so WGAS. Starting to look like another year is going to pass where we won’t be able to enjoy watching beer league behemoths hit towering bombs on the Plains.

BRUCE and the boys officially hit the hardwood a week from today as practice gets started. Still hoping for some Midnight Madness festivities. PRO DAY to follow and then we’ll be a mere month away from opening night in the CLAM.

I think AU wins most if not all of its games up until the UGA showdown. But none of them will be in blowout fashion like they did against MSU and Ark last year. They'll all be close. This OL is trash.

I cancelled my trip last week after watching the Mercer game. Should have done it after Clemson but oh well. Didn't have insurance on the flight but was able to get out of a couple of nights at two hotels. Money well spent on the flight cancellation. The more I see if other teams the more I realize how bad we suck. Will watch and torment myself but I'm glad I'm wasting money somewhere else this weekend!

Well, gang, looks like a rare miss from me here. I suppose I truly underestimated how bad MISSOURI is. They may be the worst power 5 team in history. With that said, the barn got a few questionable breaks that made it look worse than it really was.
