Did some light sleuthing on this kid. Apparently former boog hoopster Mamadou N’Diaye is some sort of mentor to him. Don’t know if that would make any diff. Kid looks like the Boog 5 of our dreams.
I was moderately intrigued by his Va Tech highlights, but I watched a more recent video of him delittling some JUCO scrubs and he’s exactly what I had in mind when I said we just need a 6’9”-6’10” 250 lb dude to run the floor the finish at the rim... only, he’s also got a workable jumper - and was dropping bombs with no regard for human life with regularity
my only concern would be shot selection, because he’s shown 0 sign of a conscience in what little I’ve seen... but give me that over someone timid or scared any day

Yeah most likely. He’d be a Jr though so maybe there’d be a slight chance still. You can just tell the kid wants to let it fly from long range and Bruce is one of the very few that would allow it. Plus I mean Bruce is so damn charming in general.

the only way I see this working is if BRUCE actually likes Bucky enough to put him on staff, and makes a strong offer, and Bucky knows Boogin’ with BRUCE and the HYG’s for a few years is a better career move than hitching his wagon to a new BAMA coach as a glorified tagalong they had to take to get Watford
