Just a note for some of our visiting boog boarders the bball program does still exist as of today:
Same, just canceled mine. I was gonna ride it out in hopes Tate would leave after a while. That still might happen but I'm not giving the guy any more money. That's just pathetic they refuse to report on one of the major sports at P5 University as we are on the rise.
I would think the football team losing to LSU in the manner that they did would make you want to shift 10% of your focus to hoops. Coverage wise you can't start speculating about who is gonna be the next coach. Nobody wants to hear that Gus is sticking around. Almost nobody thinks we can win any games that matter. I'd think a good hedge would be to start covering hoops and get people talking about that.
Than again, what the hell do I know. They probably get more traffic in weeks that we suck because that's when the e-fights are at their most dramatic.

The big draw of that board is the fact that you can read other boards. the traffic on the Auburn site is not very good, but uncle keef works his butt off.

The NCAA can’t talk to anyone because they are key figures in the federal investigation. So it’s really up to AU and internal findings how to proceed. Thought it could go either way. Sit them indefinitely as a precaution or say F it. Obvious choice but this is the AU AD we’re taking about.
He’s reached out to EJ a couple times a week with no response. His AAU coach was surprised he decommited. Didn’t really speculate on if he might rejoin the class but hopefully he tracks him down.
The man is just an AU BBALL force.

I would play and blame the fbi and being forced to comply with an ongoing federal investigation. Really what can the NCAA do that wouldn't be met with a Lawsuit against the NCAA for forcing AU to choose between lawful compliance with a federal agency or amateur athletic regulations.

I agree. Every player on the team can play at a high level. Would be disappointing to lose Austin and Danjel, but this squad can still win 20 games without them
Barner is at the practice today after receiving a TONGUE LASHING yesterday on the poor coverage thus far. He said Purifoy started off on the Scout Team early on in practice. Wiley on the sideline still without a boot. Probably still hurt.
