OT: AUBURN BASKETBALL

Roster breakdown by year for the next two seasons. I took Heron off because of his intention to sign with an agent and left Harper on because of his intention not to sign with an agent. For now, I've left Wiley on until we get official word of his plans. And I won't included Stretch until I know when exactly he's enrolling. I left Doughty at SG, but I think his primary role is going to be backup PG next year. He will probably play both. This upcoming 2019 class that will play the '19-'20 season is absolutely huge for us given our depth after this senior class leaves.

That’s a nice core though if you get like 4 of those guys back. Add in Stretch and a Juco or tranny. You know Bruce will add another handful of studs.

Jhead said Pearl has his hire and should be announced soon. Didn't give name, though

Probably Flanigan.

That's my guess. I think he would be a good hire and a very good recruiter, but I'd really like to have someone with ties to Atlanta, and that doesn't seem to be Flanigan (unless I'm missing something).

Bumped for @cookedw to give cliffs

Mentioned Strech as a possible reclassify

And this:

Auburn has its eyes peeled on all recruiting possibilities, from high school players to college graduate transfers.

"There's some players out there that have eligibility to come in next year, whether it be a transfer, a high school player and a lot depends on what opportunities present themselves," Pearl said.

That’s a phenomenal quote by Pearl.

Very interesting.

Hope your daughter 10 run ruled them

No idea if true, but poster on tbb is saying Adam Harrington is the guy we have zeroed in on and hoping to close by the weekend.

Turk is the poster and I have no idea how legit it/he is

My work here is done.

Good call. Unfortunately, I took this team over this year (daughter played in different league last year) and I was dealt a tough hand. These girls have come along a lot better than I originally thought and honestly, winning any games was going to be an uphill battle

Let me guess the dude before you ran off an entire class or something like that

No. Had pretty much all 8 year olds last year and they all moved up to the next league. I only had two returning players from last year's team.

I was about to completely scoff at this but then wiki told me he's director of player development for the Nets. That's pretty legit. Still seems unlikely.

Jhead just stated that it wasn't the name he was hearing for Person's spot but wouldn't surprise him if he ended up on staff somehow. Said we may see more movement between on the court and off the court.

Is the "Everything Else" board premium or open forum?

As of now both are likely to happen. Harrington is the tough one due to money. Pro assistants are well paid.

Some epersona is saying Flanigan is done. Suspect that's true. Adam Harrington got a nice little profile, used to be Kevin Durant's trainer and shooting coach in OKC. I'm sure that will fall through somehow.

Who?

Harrington’s resume seems like it would be a really good selling point to a recruit with serious NBA aspirations. He seems like he would be a great fit for this program. I want Bruce to make that happen somehow.

Juco coach thinks Austin is gone from conversations with Austin's dad.
Rodney still believes Austin will be back.
